The Role

We’re hiring an Operations Manager to lead everything that happens after a customer signs up, from onboarding through coordination and execution.

This role is for someone who thinks in systems. You’ll manage day-to-day operations while continuously improving them by building workflows, leveraging AI, and reducing manual work over time.

You’ll partner closely with the CEO and founding team to design a scalable, efficient operational foundation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning operations end-to-end while continuously improving and scaling them through better systems and automation.

What You’ll Do

Own the seller journey after signup, including onboarding, milestone tracking, and proactive follow-ups to keep sellers moving toward listing.

Run day-to-day operations across concierge support, scheduling, and seller communication.

Coordinate agent and vendor workflows, including introductions, fulfillment, and partner management across markets.

Manage operational logistics such as yard signs, vendor coordination, and key transaction touchpoints.

Track performance and payments across agents and partners, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

Identify repetitive work and eliminate it by building automations, leveraging AI, and improving workflows.

Continuously refine and scale operational systems as Ridley expands into new markets.

What We’re Looking For

You have 3-5 years of experience in operations, customer success, or account management, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.

You think in systems. When something is repetitive, your instinct is to automate it using tools, AI, or code.

You’re highly organized and can manage a large number of moving pieces across sellers, agents, and vendors without dropping details.

You communicate clearly and confidently, whether you’re helping a first-time seller or following up with a partner.

You’re comfortable with ambiguity and prefer building the playbook over inheriting one.

You’re excited about AI and actively use it to move faster and improve how you work.

Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
